The keypad was working on 12.04 (Precise) but on 14.04 (Trusty) most
keys do not work under Unity. They do work in the password dialog of

I have seen the behavior from time to time, but I can't quite figure out
what triggers it either. A couple of questions.
1. Are running this from the iso or from the Unity8 install in the archive?
2. When this occurs, could you see what is going on in
