Hi!
Today I upgraded nvidia driver to nvidia 331.113 and nvidia does not
seem to work anymore. I have optimus mode laptop, so my Intel works
fine, but I cannot switch to NVidia using nvidia-settings. When I try,
the application asks me to log out and in again. If I do this,

That's true, of course. I agree that the icon can be dropped when wifi is
turned off, but I think that it should still be shown when wifi is turned on.
I haven't seen this statement in this bug report yet, so I wanted to make sure
this is considered when implementing it. ;)

I too have the nautilus read-only misbehavior on the very latest
12.04LTS (x86_64) system and have the following observations, including

This is my first x64 Ubuntu installation. I noticed this problem with
earlier kernels but it was not critical to me because it did not cause
freeze PC, only slow reactions and lags when working with files on HDD.

Thanks for reporting this.
We aren't currently using SecureBoot for security reasons. Our
SecureBoot support is only to allow installation on computers that have
it enabled by default.
If we ever in the future rely on SecureBoot as a security measure, I
agree a warning would be appropriate.

Happens again when doing a standard update via ubuntu update manager

Backlight not turned on by resume

day. It appears to be relatively random, but quite often. Here is the
