On Utopic I had 2 keyboard layouts 'Fr' and 'En', 'Fr' set as default
After upgrade to Vivid 'En' was enabled but the indicator showed 'Fr'.
Reselecting 'Fr' set 'Fr' as default and was kept upon reboot.

Hi Colin, I thought the visual.d scripts present, *and manipulate* an in
memory view of partitions, which are later checked by check.d, and then
written to disk by commit.d. If it isn't visual.d, then what
manipulates the partitions? The problem seems to be that ubiquity is
running init.d -> visu

2) power off node outside of maas (ipmi commands)
3) edit node and use 'Check Now' to sync power state

While point 1 is quite fair, point 2 is totaly unfair - you're not aware
of such app because noone will create such app. After testing that it
does not work on Ubuntu how are ppl suposed to submit app to
repository? They will have to make a workaround anyway because it does
not work. According to

Now that maliit-framework was possible to rebuild thanks to the fix in
bug #1437182, I tried ubuntu-keyboard and that also seems to fail to
build:

As an update ~test3 updated ppc64el symbols and "ubuntu7" is a no-change
