ALTARO. It will produce this error about every 10 or so backups.
We are working on getting that new kernel into some test units. I will

To be honest, I don't know what differs between the two tools, as they
both come from Cairo, I assumed that pdftops was just a small wrapper
around the same code as pdftocairo but with the options pre-set for PS
output.
I'm a Ghostscript developer, so I can't really answer specifics about
FYI, 1:5.16.3-1ubuntu1.1 is in silo 017 and being tested now.

implementation of what the options in Settings do is a design/backend
decision. I believe the defaults are correct already.
That said, we should enable the indicator profile switching.

Not sure if this is the same issue or not, my null pointer is *not* in
aa_label_merge - BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference
(aa_file_perm).
It does have some significant similarities in the trace though. I've had
this on 14.04 kernel 3.16 and 15.04 kernel 3.19.
