I've created some VMs to recreate this on venonat.ubuntu-ci (accessible
via the vpn.) The user is upgrade-test, and I've added ssh keys for
pitti and cyphermox. The problem only occurs on the first boot, so once

Wrong deskto
Turns out that when dpkg configures the package, it tries to run
mysql_upgrade with the root user and no password, which is insane to do
to a database.
I propose that the dpkg prompts the user for a username and then runs:
mysql_upgrade -u $user -p
and then the user is asked for a password.
I just did a fresh install, using the 07-Apr-2016 amd64 Desktop ISO, and
have an encrypted swap.

After the latest upgrade (I don't think doublecmd was included in that
upgrade, but I'm not sure, compiz was for sure, though), when I run
double cmd, it crashes with this message:

package, so there is zero risk in including it now. I think we shoudl
remove drupal7 from xenial then. If some users need it, we can
reintroduce it into xenial-updates later on when there's a version that
