Confirmed the instructions per Git's site using 'git-all' throws this

Resolving as Thomas Prufer indicated solves this issue.

This wasn't fixed in 16.04 and 14.04 yet, right?

This is caused by denied_mask="receive" in the log line and can possibly
affect all profiles. (To explain the "reweive" - "c" (create) file log
events get mapped to "w" (write) ;-)
The problem is that operation="file_perm" indicates a file event, but
the log event obviously is a network event.

With the Ubuntu Mate desktop, the window displacement issue does not occur on
my system.
I just tried this - using different compositors (Marco and Compiz).
So until the window displacement issue is resolved, I am tempted to

just to here to confirm that the problem is still ongoing on 16.04 Ubuntu Studio
Steps to create the issue:
1) go to menu editor
2) change a menu item, for example: changing "lmms", to "lmms -s 48000"
3) save the menu
4) go to the menu, observe that Graphics and Video folders have vanished.
Still a thing in Loki. Not sure if/how we want to work around it.
