Windows that resiz
I'm having this problem on 16.04 LTS.
I did not minimise the copy dialog, but it seems that something
triggered Kodi to come to the foreground while my TV was switched off
overnight, after which I was unable to return to the copy dialog by any
of the suggested means.

This seems to me to have been changed ("fixed") now: I need to use sudo to
initiate fprintd-enroll.
However, with that change came a change in the behaviour of enroll. It only
asks for one fingerprint scan, rather than five.
