it's an additional pain to resolve to get this fixed in Zesty.

In ubuntu 14.05.5 I am running into the same issue. I have a iscsi
device added in fstab with _netdev switch but doesnt' seem to work.

Hi guys,
I'm using Kubuntu 16.10, have Discover version 5.7.5, but my automatic
update notifications are not working. I never receive updates. I have to
do that through Discover by searching for updates or through console. I
never get notified on updates...

After upgrading from FF 51.0.0 to FF 51.0.1, FF now shows me white
pages, sometimes with light grey rectangles.
Uninstalling and installing the firefox plugin "ubuntu modifications"
does not work around this issue any more.
Currently, I'm not aware of a workaround for that, so I can't use FF for

The manpage patch is the fix in ubuntu2, but there was also an ubuntu1
with additional changes from the last time the package was merged. See
