Hi Mauricio,
thank you for the report!
I checked on a system with 2LUNs and 4 paths each.
Mine seemed to work just fine at first so I tried to get closer to your case.

This suggests a change to the source package to copy 10_nvidia.json from
the upstream package to /usr/share/glvnd/egl_vendor.d/. I think that
libEGL.so.375.39 is vestigial and could be omitted, but that's optional;
it doesn't seem to be doing any harm.

My understanding is that libEGL.so.1 is GLVND-based, where libEGL.375.39 is
non-GLVND. I think both of them are at some level wrappers around
libEGL_nvidia.so, which is much larger than either of the libEGL.so and I guess
contains the meat of Nvidia's EGL implementation.

I've tested the in-branch changes to nova-lxd using our branch testing
PPA's - I can confirm that with the proposed deb, I can see that
instances are using /config-drive as the source for metadata for the
instance:
2017-03-24 11:00:38,195 - handlers.py[DEBUG]: start:
init-local/search-Con
As the nova-lxd driver is largely untested with anything other than
ML2/OVS, I'd not be surprised if this does not work in the context of
Calico.
