Seth: those values were somehow calculated from a number of runs. A
single pyperformance benchmark run took ~20 minutes and I repeated each
of them 3 times.
I still have the 'raw' outputs of pyperformance if needed. From those I
see that there are at least 3 values for each test and also there is
Xenial pyperformance results with -fstack-protector-strong changed to
-fstack-protector.

I dont have a dual boot system, i just have ubuntu 17.10 and since the
upgrade (17.04 to 17.10) im unable to save changes made to the bios such
as boot order, secure boot, intel virtualization, etc.
I can boot into Ubuntu and the output of 'sudo efibootmgr -v' is:

I got a weird problem in our setup. Every time I reboot Ubuntu systems
it is releasing its IP from the DHCP server. So the IP is getting free
in DHCP. Therefore in some cases DHCP is offering the same IP to other
system. And its then difficult to find the new IP assigned

The above mentioned patch is included in 2.7.4-2, but missing from
2.7.4-1~14.04 and 2.7.4-1~16.04.
Preparing updates to include debian/patches/fix-rtas_errd-unit.patch in
xenial and trusty backports. zesty will be end of life soon enough to
