Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer

I'm not shure that it's a bug. Maybe my BIOS was not correctly configured when
I installed ubuntu.

and has no error handling for the case where it isn't present:
