copied from one filesystem to another usually after several hundred
gigabytes to a couple of terabytes: no messages, display freezes, no
reaction to mouse, keyboard or network, the only way out is to

the parts which require registration on the Nvidia site for downloads,
and I was unable to reproduce the problem of the deleted python modules.

I ignored recommendation of the check-mk developers and installed the plugin
without any interval:
It is recommended to install this plugin with asynchronous execution and at an
there is no such ~/.ssh/known_hosts file exist.
I also try to create an empty one or copy a file with the same name from a
16.04 system, both turn to the same error message as above.
BTW, I find the log from 16.04 doesn't excute the code eval _ipset_known_hosts

Here is the output of journalctl -b 0, as requested.
I turned off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth before rebooting, to reduce the noise
in the logs. This was on AC power as well.

A similar bug happened here on 2 different Ubuntu installs once they
upgraded to Ubuntu 18.10.
Another symptom of the bug was periodic addition of IPv6 addresses to
the `ip addr` listing. If you wait a while, the list had thousands of
IPv6 entries in it!

UPD: headphones connected to display and sound passed via hdmi cable.
Switching the sound source to the analog output and then back to hdmi
helps most of the time

I don't know if it is the same bug.
I wanted to use my computer again, I left on the thinkpad docking station,
connected with the same external HDD.
I got only a black screen on the main monitor and the other two monitors didn't
got an image signal.

my system is ubuntu 18.04. And from log ps:
The user of "/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize=no" is gdm
The user of "/usr/bin/pulseaudio --start --log-target=syslog" is my
account.
If the user is differnt, I have no idea, maybe we should report the problem to
pulseaudio-disc...@lists.freedesktop.o
Here is the Ubuntu-bug data collection for my other Dell the exibits the
same problem.

On my ubuntu 18.04 system I only have
/usr/bin/pulseaudio --start --log-target=syslog
owned by me. On my 19.04 system
/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize=no
also owned by me. Note gdm is not running. I assume lightdm, which is
running, is the alternative.
