The core issue here is the dependency in vdr. There is a ticket [1]
about this.
Otherwise, the simple work-around is uninstall the lirc package.
This is an old bug. I see no new reports or comments lately, which seems
to indicate that it is fixed in current release.

In this case the current situation to me looks like:
- openldap change 3cd50fa having landed in v2.5.8 and later
- cyrus-sasl change 975edbb6 still isn't in any release AFAICS
- that is odd as
lirc does not spam the log if correctly configured. The repeated
messages is a actually a feature since it's an easy way to detect status
when configuring and hot-plugging a device.

Late comment: vlc does not depend on lirc any more, so this should not
happen to new installations.
Work around for existing installations is to either remove the lirc
package or simply disable lircd.socket, lircd.service and lircd-uinput
using systemctl.

This problem is fixed in upstream gnupg-pkcs11-scd
Bug Report:
gnome-remote-desktop requires d-bus interfaces from Mutter. GNOME
Flashback does not use Mutter.
GNOME Flashback won't have integrated remote desktop until it implements
remote desktop itself.
You might be able to use vino or xrdp to share your desktop remotely.

I have the same problem on an Lenovo X260, i7-6500U. Using the
"i915.enable_dc=0 intel_idle.max_cstate=2" workaround has made the
system more stable.
This mostly seems to occur when playing a game in the browser (chrome &
firefox), e.g. chess.com.

I get the same result as Olivier: about://gpu says "Hardware
accelerated", but about://media-internals says FFmpegVideoDecoder.
