I'm on Ubuntu23.10 (desktop) with several desktop VMs (same OS) and even those
that were just installed exhibit the issue with the CPU usate on cups-browsed
on snap.
When I try to stop using those, it does not work and I have to reboot:
sudo snap stop cups
LFC on supported monitor seems to be working well. Looks like a visual
issue.

Cinnamon Ubuntu Noble , the color contrast on my OLED display is very
strong, it feels exagerated.
The problem does not occur with Standard Ubuntu nor Windows 11, it's
something specific to Cinnamon Ubuntu.

Fundamentally my setup is different than the scenario set up in the bug.
