If one of the monitors remains black, you may have to tell it to change
input (to HDMI).
If one of the monitors is flashing, that usually means you've run out of
bandwidth but it was noticed too late. So try fewer monitors or a

1. My display isn't faulty as its a fairly new laptop,so AFAIK its

workaround is "simple", it's not actually usable, as we'd potentially
need to restart nova scheduler after every parallel call to the
aggregates API.
For our usage, we ended up needing to fork nova and write a custom prefilter
