I only had pidgin extension there which I think has no effect on this
issue but anyway I removed it and will keep an eye, it happens randomly

I have no extensions installed manually.
It happens whenever opening the file dialog, but I noticed if there is
no external display connected to the laptop, it didn't happen so far.

Sometimes when slowly double clicking the top bar while an app window is
maximized, the desktop icons appear above the app and disappears as
shown in the attached screen-cast.
I also believe that app windows should not be handled from the top bar,
like you shouldn't grab it
And it's still happening in the latest 24.04 beta for many apps that are
in the app indicator.

GNOME Wayland session crashes with

1. Open Nautilus.
2. Try to right click and left click randomly and quickly.
This behavior will freeze Nautilus until you must kill it and it happens
every time you do this, and you cannot even move it's window.

Yes.
The first time I launched Snapshot after restarting that service, it
crashed.
The second time, it worked fine and detected the camera:

I have optimus laptop with nvidia and this happens every time I suspend
the laptop whether I'm using nvidia's prop driver, nouveau or the
integrated card.

Some apps specially KDE ones, takes very long time to show up in the
Ubuntu Dock even after their app window is fully loaded as shown in the
attached screencast.
And this behavior happens every time the affected app is launched.
