After a while of trying to find out why i have it showing in main i
have come to that the debugging repo it showing it in main. Please add
this repo to your /etc/apt/sources.list file and run sudo apt-get update
than install xmms-dbgsym.
the repo is: deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/ddebs
take the word quiet out of the kernel line in /boot/grub/menu.lst and

Bart could that be because its not a debian bug but a Ubuntu one and

For those without artwork or just the test card can you please try sudo
update-alternatives --config usplash-artwork.so and choose one of the
artwork choices than run sudo update-initramfs -u than reboot.
