I did a Ubuntu 14.04 beta 2 fresh install on one of my notebooks. After
that I install Skype from partner repository. The Skype icon in systray
shows at start, but disappear after login into my Skype account. Any
questions about this just ask.

check the batteries? That is a long shot, but may be can
in order to use it again. Turning the mouse off
and on doesn't work either.

I bought a Logitech M560 mouse and used 'xev' to see button codes. This
mouse has a problem what I think need to be corrected in the kernel
module. The tilt wheel (wheel with left and right buttons) has the
buttons mapped for 6 (left) and 7 (right). I think the correct codes

The steam-launcher package (official Valve package for Steam) in his
version 1.0.0.51 added udev rules for Steam Controller. I think this is
the correct way because indicates official support. Someone could remove
steam package and update steam-launcher package and test the controller?

I'm trying to install a program called Nixnote2. In his latest version
it depends of package libopencv-highgui2.4 (available on Trusty) or
libopencv-highgui2.4v5 (available on Xenial). The problem is on Yakkety
this packages was replaced by package libopencv-highgui2.4-deb0.
The solution is easy: Just grab the same code from hcidump. The
implementation is hard, because ssems need an exception for this model.
Any news about that? Someone posts this bug on Gnome Bugzilla?

I saw this bug some releases ago, but still occurs on Ubuntu 17.04beta2.
I boot the computer and start the Ubuntu on live mode (instead of installer
mode). After that I asks to start Ubiquity to do the proper installation.
Finally I gone to the "Preparing to install Ubuntu"
I found a plot twist: the package doesn't install if in the same path as
user.

This message just occurs to me when I set the "Fastboot" option on BIOS
to "Minimal" instead of "Through". I think the Linux isn't ready yet for
Fastboot feature.

support LDAC audio compression format, so I think there is no legal problems to
package it.
