This has been fixed in upstream. However, it just hasn't been packaged

Hi, and thanks for the report.
Since it seems that you are a bit more experience, you could try to boot

Agreed with kai-mast. Not only thta, but you will switch to i386 for the
p11-kit (meaning, you will REMOVE gnome-keyring p11-kit that are for
amd64)...

On the other hand, it looks like you migth need to do a new wineconfig
with the export WINEARCH=win32. My workaround was to move .wine to
.wine-64 (just in case you have something there that you want to
backup). Then, set the WINEARCH to win32 and run the winecfg to create
the new .wine.
For me the latest today (skype_4.1.0.20.0-0ubuntu0.13.04.2_amd64.deb)
did the trick. It works now without any LD tricks.

Yes, Amarok lists the plugin, but since it is missing the kio-upnp-ms
(or the KDE's UPnP media support) it cannot work as described by:
http://userbase.kde.org/Amarok/Manual/Organization/Collection/RemoteCollections/UPnP
So, no UPnP collection will be shown.

So, it is almost 2 years and it is a big blocker for the whole UPnP on
KDE. See also bug 975327 for details.
