The Xubuntu documentation included in the installation and online has a
section instructing the user on how to add support for DVD Playback.
Since DVD support utilizes restricted codecs that may not available for
all users, this is probably the best we can do.
This was related to the broken Clutter video backend. This was disabled
in Xenial and onward.
