ubuntu-docs package, it is now under the serverguide project. Moving
this bug accordingly.

Remove SQl book reference in database section of
Most sections of the Server Guide have references to outside
publications as a place to find further information. In the case of
that specific MySQL book, it was recommended by other Server Team
members as a great reference.
I agree the book was published some time ago, so if you can recommend a
BG, thank you for reporting this and including a patch. It looks good to me,
so I'll mark it as Triaged and let an ubuntu-docs committer decide to include
it.
