Please go to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SwissTeam/RegionalContacts, login with
your Ubuntu SSO Account and add yourself to the list (press "Edit" on the
top left).
It's sorted by zip code. You better do it yourself (it's a wiki), then you
know how to edit it later if you have to.
