triggered builds. Since there is a lot that happens behind the scenes in

On 2011-11-08, Amazon announced the availability of a new AWS Region,
US-West-2 in Portland, Oregon [1]. We are pleased to announce that all
currently supported Ubuntu cloud images are available for use. In the
next few days we will be turning on daily builds in US-West-2.
