Hey Utkarsh, Thanks for reporting this! Yeah we've recently become aware of this. It takes a few seconds for a request to hit the queue, so if you spam refresh or re-queue you can queue multiple times. Not really sure how to amend this just yet, but we'll look to amend it in the future. Thanks, T
