Thanks to all who contributed to kicking off the Oneiric cycle by
brainstorming topics, drafting blueprints, participating in sessions in
person or remotely, taking notes, and more.

A few highlights for those who couldn't attend (or couldn't participate
in all 15 rooms at the same time):

Desktop:
- Conservative cycle, good balance for the rapid innovation in Natty.
- Migrating to GNOME 3/GTK 3.
- X.org will stay with version 1.10.
- Focus for Unity is consolidation: bug fixing, usability testing,
automated testing, accessibility testing, and stress testing.
- Thunderbird may become the default mail client. Determination will be
made at Alpha 3, based on the completion of specific tasks.
- Interesting work going into tools for building localized CD's.

Server:
- Enhancements for Orchestra (integrated "best of breed" tools for
provisioning, management, orchestration, monitoring, caching/mirroring).
- OpenStack for Ubuntu Cloud.
- Packaging MySQL 5.5, Percona Server, MariaDB, Jenkins, Ensemble (PPA),
Cloudera Hadoop.
- Work on automated testing of server installs.

Kubuntu:
- Updating to KDE 4.7.2 and Qt 4.8.
- Defaults: Plasma, Muon Software Center, Rekonq, KMix, Quassel, Touchégg.
- Accessibility in Qt and general accessibility improvements.
- Substantial work going into Kubuntu Mobile and Kubuntu Tablet.

Foundations:
- FeatureFreeze moved to week 15, just after Alpha 3, for greater
stability in Alpha 3, and 3 weeks of testing and bug fixing before Beta 1.
- Integrate backports package selection (new feature in Natty) into the UI.
- Improvements to Ratings and Reviews in Software Center.
- Further work in multiarch (goal to replace ia32-libs).
- Python 2.7 and 3.2. Drop 2.6 after Debian transitions to 2.7 by
default. 3.2 on the CD if space allows.

Looking forward to an Outstanding cycle,
Allison
