For universe and multiverse uploads, FinalFreeze, where each upload should get
approved by motu-release (or a delegate) will start on Thursday, 23rd
October. Until that, the regular FeatureFreeze rules [1] apply.

untargeting bugs is not entirely obvious to everyone, and at this point
in the cycle it's particularly useful to know how to do this. If you
feel that a bug is not release-critical and should not block 8.10, but
