The current version of google-gadgets in the karmic repo is severely
outdated and has severe issues. Will not load on many systems. Google
Gadgets forum suggests that the version in the repository be updated to
the latest available.
I have not been able to compile google gadgets from source on
the package libbass is needded to install is it going to be added to repos ?

Since Universe can continue uploads, i *really* would like to see the
package wormux updated.
Currently it's 0.8.3-1build1 from Debians 0.8.3-1.
Debian released 0.8.5-1 on Sep 30, and it's in testing already.
Could the maintainers please update these newer packages to universe?
The 0.8.4 and 0.8.

Steve,
This fix to rsyslog needs sponsoring and committing pronto.

It's a pretty poor operating system where the kernel logs aren't up to date.

There seems to be something seriously wrong with the PulseAudio managers.
Each of them is crashing in my 64bit Karmic, I have reported a bug for this
but I thought it might be a good idea to raise it here too.

Hello,
When using USB memory sticks, I would expect to have an right click menu
showing a format option. This is not the case (well, at least on the
Gnome desktop, I don't know about KDE).
Right now, the only (graphical) way of formatting USB memory sticks is
by using Gparted. Sure, it offers you

pdt is not in the archive. I think it's too late to get a new package in
the archive. Someone needs to package it. Currently we are working on
cd
Is there any chance we can get the pdt in there as a plugin too, its

Hi,
we have now an up-to-date, working eclipse package in karmic
(3.5.1-0ubuntu6). It's even better than the one provided by upstream.
There is only one problem left: Currently all plug-ins are very old and
do not work. All plug-ins needs an update. I am aware of two plug-ins:
eclipse-pydev
