LVM can not be found

Hi, everyone. Have you ever happened to this issue, and how to fix it? I deployed a LVM and open-iscsi in the client and a tgt in the server. But in some circumstance LVM can't been found. Here is a steps: 1. Stop Tgt process; 2. The directory which a mapped device mounted is
