Was wondering who to ask about getting color emoji support in hexchat included with ubuntus repos. Checked 19.10 to see if it was fixed, but it still doesn't have color emoji support.   Been using the flatpak version of hexchat that includes color emojis, but it doesn't handle plugins well due to
