With regard to the perfect 10.10 I have problems with both my computers
running 10.04 at present as the wireless link on both does not function
correctly. I note that the Netbook Remix is to be further developed.
Please make sure that the wireless works on all the Asus Eee model
notebook

Thanks for your support, my beef about wanting the basics to work still
applies.
However, I have spent a couple of hours sorting out the Scanner and
Wi-fi and now both are working.
