All of those updates sound great to me. Agreed, the current translation
structure is not ideal.

Related, does anyone know how to edit the wiki's CSS? I couldn't seem to
figure out how. I may need to be an administrator of the wiki to do so.
The reason I ask is bc I'd like to tweak the font size and spacing for
readability.

Just a heads up, I am updating the wiki heavily. I've made a few visual
changes, and plan to update the documentation for 16.10.
I will be nixing abandoned pages, proofreading, making all page structures
