Hey!
I booted my system with NOEFI parameter and looks like the problem was
FIXED.
I did some reboot/shutdowns and all of them worked fine..

Hello lista,
After upgrading my laptop (Dell Inspiron 5447) from 14.04 to Ubuntu GNOME
16.04.2 I can't shut down after a few hours using the system (4+ hours). It
hangs in Plymouth and stays that way until I force the shutdown by pressing
the Power Button.
It looks like this is a common bug
probably i'll open a bugtrack on Launchpad.
