I have installed 1:0.3-0ubuntu2~intrepid1~ppa1 version of kdebluetooth
this morning and here is my update:
The device manager no longer crashes, but is no working properly. When i
search for my phone i see in the console:
kbluetooth4-wizard(8458) BTWizard::slotSearch: Text Search
I actually never had any problem with brightness and sound keys on
Ubuntu, other distributions I have had problems oddly enough including
Debian.

This is happening to me in kde4.2. However, sometimes the logout happens
minutes after requesting it. Even so, plasma settings are lost. I can't
currently save plasma settings at all; even when logout works, plasma
settings are lost.

In Totem 2.24 you can already load a subtitle by right-clicking on a file in
the playlist, and in Totem 2.26, you'll be able to load it from the subtitles
menu under View
you can already do it with intrepid, and in jaunty you'll have the
option under the view menu. thanks.
