Hard to say for since my computer died and i changed everything but my

As I see, every one have vm.nmap_min_adr = 0 key in it's /etc/sysctl.conf
and almost every one did upgrade from Jaunty.
As I have clean install of Karmic on my box then I havent had this key in my
/etc/sysctl.conf but I've added it in my atempt to run ARMEL crosscompilation
on Scratchbox2.

On my karmic system, I could not find any cronjobs or large databases
related to librarian, so I do not consider it a problem. Scrollkeeper
ate my CPU once a week, but librarian/rarian-compat is well-behaved in
that matter so far.

Hi gsmayya,
To be prefectly honest i dont think the problem lies with the drivers, even
though down grading seems to have worked in my case.
The reason i say that is because Fedora 12 works perfectly on my machine.
Suspend/Hibernate and Resume work out of the box.

I tested this on the karmic, lucid, and debian sid/experimental versions of
xserver-xorg-video-intel and the problem remained. Installed debugging symbols
for xorg, and brought it up in gdb(in a 'normal' situation, ie when gdm first
loads, the backtrace had meaningful information, although not
I also could not connect at 1000Mb/s, until I changed the cable. My
other computer could connect fine at 1000Mb/s using the very same
equipment but not the mac mini gigabit/sky2 card.

Hello, again... Looks like this problem has already been fixed in the
MIT krb5 developpement tree. The way they did it is more clean than mine
:)
So using my patch is only a workaround until Debian rebuild their
package against a newer krb5 release.

As far as I was able to test this bug, the locale change is required for
ubuntuone-client-applet (OAuth module), not syncdaemon.
Syncdaemon is able to sync files with tr_TR locale.
Open gnome-session-properties, select Ubuntu One entry, Edit it and prefix
the available command with env
scratch my comment 2 above.
I changed runlevel to 19. seemed to work once, but doesn't work any
more.
samba still dies on startup and i have to load manually each time with
sudo /etc/init.d/samba start
