The problem is that the iscsi related commands and scripts are not
listed in the /etc/eucalyptus/wrappers.conf on NC. I guess there is some
misunderstanding between both our sides. We assume you know that all the
original sudoers config needs to be moved into wrappers.conf. But

Actually, it does looks like an apparmor problem. Putting Apparmor in
complain mode allows the domain to start, returning it to enforce brings
back the original state.

Upstream has indicated that euca-describe-availability-zones verbose
is a hint of what the availability is, and not necessarily current.
Providing this is not a regression from 1.6.2 (waiting on upstream to
confirm), this requires a documentation fix. Therefore setting to low

However, this forced me to strip down the issue to the following fact:
Switching on ip_forwarding starts the packet loss. Apparently it was only by

web server which gets answered with a list of all packages available

Note that this is not a CUPS bug. The drivers listed by Jockey are

Jack, Is the bug I referenced the one related to the fix? As now that I
have upgraded and the application indicator no longer does what it used
to and the indicator applet is still seriously lacking in features.
tried rolling back but it doesn't bring back the functionality. :(

Just tried linux 2.6.35-14-generic (latest build from the mainline ppa

Why has this bug been expired? It still happens, as I indicated. I gave
more information and asked what else was required. I'm ready and able to
do whatever debugging you want. Please don't expire a bug that still
exists.
Me just saying it still exists in Lucid on this hardware should be
reason
