My live system froze after reporting the 'mdadm not found' error. This

It appears to work fine. The when u click on pause, it changes to play
and when u click on play again, it changes to pause. That's how it is
supposed to work isn't it?

I talked to pitti and he said this was done on purpose to avoid some
problems with some hard drives/systems. I would like to know how can I
enable the HD spin down again... as my HD and system don't have a
problem with that.
If disabling the HDs is a problem, we should have the gnome-power-

I have another data point for this bug, which hopefully isn't a red-
herring.
I see that when I experience a crash, when running atop the SWP line is
highlighted red. As I understand it, this means that I have tried to
overcommit the virtual memory available. I have been experimenting with
swap

Also (or related), Recovery Console's, Fix Broken Packages also
ignores any Pinned packages.
For example: I have Avidemux 2.4.4 Pinned in Synaptic to not upgrade,
but this tool (in recovery menu) ignores that and automatically assigns
the upgrade to Avidemux.
