the bookmarks while typing in the address bar, the Options button in the

Ok, looks like this has solved the issue for me!
As I have thought it was fixed a couple of times, I have left it longer to make
sure, and it is fine.
As it is a MythTV box then its left to suspend as it sees fit, and so
has suspended/resumed many times with no recurrence of the static.
