Here on Ubuntu 11.10, Onboard doesn't load usefullly for me. Running
'onboard' causes it to appear in the top panel, but clicking or any
other action does not show it. To reproduce:
1. Super to open Dash
2. type 'onboard'
3. click on Onboard

to be a regular (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege
