I've got similar problem when installing bugzilla3 and setting simple
password (one character 'q')for administrative account). After this
installation stops with
ErrorMessage: ErrorMessage: subprocess installed post-installation
script returned error exit status 2
I've tested it with more
i don't know how to actually status should be but for me this fix
didn't help

same here after update to jaunty :(
but it could happen without any interference with pidgin - when i start totem
audio broken - if i restart totem couple of times it begin to work fine
Please fix this!

hmm strange...
when i install it via apt-get it shows:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)
then i've installed mysql-gui-tools-5.0 from mysql.com and it begin to work
fine...
P.S. Felipe Cardoso Martins said what he have Ubuntu Gutsy 64 bits so
looks like bug not fixed in 7.10
