I updated to Firefox 21.0, but the problem is not resolved. Looks like
Download and offline viewing with Mp4 players seems to be the work
around for now, as Flash is working on Adobe and You Tube like sites
without problem.

I reviewed Telugu translation and found them to be of reasonable size.
Having said that, text console support for Indian languages is not fully
functional. It is better for the initial boot screen to use English.

I use Libreoffice on 10.04 and am able to get a proper size of fonts for
mixed text.
System font setting for Menus, application is not available in Unity, so
