Hi, I just wanted to know if there has been some development in the
shockwave player front in Linux, as it is evident that there is still not
one available for us.What can be done in that aspect, other than signing
petition(s) ? The fix , as of now, is to use wine and run another browser on
top of

Do you mean the DVD repositories?You would have to buy them from
www.ubuntu.com or from e-bay or something like that

Well there is a simple solution for your broadband trouble ask your dad to
get a CAT5 cable from a shop that would be around 150 bucks...Use the
ethernet port to plug it in,as in Linux its difficult to configure a USB
modem
