I switched themes from ambiance to adwaita which solved the problem

The installer is looking for a mirror location, this is what i have got from

It appears that gutsy has completely disappeared from the packages servers.

I have tried to use the ubuntu 10.04 LTS server iso's to install a
server.
During the installation the program is looking for a mirror. It can find the
mirror but its looking for gutsy and it should be lucid.
Therefore the installer can't continu.
