I was using this feature successfuly with 11.04 alternate. Right now I
decided to upgrade to 12.04 LTS. It was frustrating to see that this is
not working. I've then checked 12.10 and it's also not working.'

I just checked that it got broken between 11.10 and 12.04 release. So if
there's someone capable of checking what versions of mdadm and
initramfs-tools do these two distribution have, then maybe it leads to
the solution.

I think if fingerprint could be converted to a hash and presented to the OS, it
could perfectly fit as a strong password. Then you should be able to encrypt
your home using two password (just like you encrypt mail to several people

I'm using Ubuntu 12.04, and today, MyUnity isn't working anymore. When I
got 12.04(64Bit btw) I changed the Starter color, today it went back to
the default color. If I start MyUnity again and change the colors,
nothing happens, or the color goes back to default after hiding

The remote bug that is marked to be a duplicate of gnome-bugs #631904 is
apparently not identical to this one.
I'm having the same issues on my x61s with 11.10 (and 10.04, 10.10
before that).

Yes, I'm pretty sure I did. I haven't tried it again since then. But
that sounds like it could be the problem.
