I have tried digikam on Intrepid with 2 gigabytes of random images in my
Pictures folder, but it only uses about 50% of the CPU for under 30
seconds. How can I reproduce the bug?
Is any other disk IO occurring at the same time? Perhaps backup
software, anti virus scanning or some desktop search
Confirmed. libgdl-gnome-1-0 depends on libgdl-1-common version
0.7.11-1, but libgdl-1-common is at version 2.24.0-1, so it looks like a
packaging error.

Anjuta is uninstallable on Intrepid
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/275750
I have tested on a vanilla install of Intrepid with all the latest
updates and it works as expected. gnome-screenshot is in the same
package and also links to Cairo. Do you see the same problem with that?

Save snapshot doesn't work properly
I'm using a fully patched vanilla Intrepid installation and can conform
that I see the same behavior.
