to support the iMON LCD device.

FusionHDTV5 RT Gold tuner card. This card has the product info string
'i2c IR (FusionHDTV)', as reported by hal-device. The patch provided

After enabling or reconfiguring the VNC service, any attempt to connect
with a VNC client will fail until the current X session is restarted.
User should be notified to restart X session before VNC server will
accept connections
