Thanks for the extra info. It seems I missed out on asking you to do an
apport-collect. Could you run apport-collect 411229 in terminal so

Your problem actually seems to be a duplicate of bug #175191. There is
a patch attached. If you know how to do it, there is a PPA that
implements the patch at
