I configured OpenConnect via the NetworkManager interface to connect to
my university.
I selected Set Type to: Password /SecureID
Unfotrunatly NetwrokManager doesn't ask for the password.

I could solve it with the help of
http://userbase.kde.org/Akonadi#Common_Problems. I think the problem is
related to AppArmor. To solve it I typed:
sudo aa-complain mysqld-akonadi
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor reload
After this I could start akonadi using System Settings
With the release of Intrepid I no longer encounter this problem as I do
no longer use KDE3. So I close this Bug.

I have a similar error, here the exact error message:
Setting up policykit (0.7-2ubuntu4) ...
chown: cannot access `/var/run/PolicyKit': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing policykit (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
DISTRIB_ID=Kubuntu
sudo mkdir /var/run/PolicyKit
seems to fix the problem and let's the configuration of its dependencies
succeed.
