On 14.04 the apache2 config is placed in conf.d which is not picked up
by the standard apache2 configuration and thus not set to run
automatically when installed.
It seems this file should either be place in sites-available (and then
have the symbolic link created in
Testing on Trusty and Precise I can't reproduce the problem. This seems
to only be a problem with the version of Libre Office that comes with
Saucy.
I'm happy if we close this now, given the context of EOL of saucy.

I've tried this a couple of times now and can confirm the repeatability
of this problem.
With a multi-page document, I create the footer: Page 1, where the
page number is inserted from the current page field. I then edit the

the Creator field set correctly.
