Just a confirmation of Clays Post: Setting AccelMethod XAA and
RenderAccel Off works fine here, too. The Panel etc. get painted
correctly and the Performance is ways better than with AccelMethod EXA.
Card here is a Radeon Mobility M6 LY.

Same Problem here! Didn't use the xtrs quite a while, but when I wanted
to run it today it looped. Would really be nice if this could be fixed!

thanks for the hint. Same here. Adept had all Checkboxes checked --
however, the Sources were missing. Must have happened during the Update
from 7.10 to 8.04?
Just was able to reinstall libxine1-ffmpeg. Will you close the ticket,
please?

caused the removal of libxine1-ffmpeg which still depends on the 3
Version of libxine1-bin.

The poster Option from kdeprint does not work / shows error.
Just wanted to print a poster from KDE the first time (pls. note: I use

In Gutsy get an error when trying to add a SMB-Share; however, when
running systemsettings or mountconfig from the command line I get the
error below; not sure if this is the same problem as the one reported

Happened to me on a NFS-Share. NFS seems somewhat buggy since the
Upgrade from 6.10 to 7.04; it won't always mount it's shares during
startup (i.e. it seems that e.g. when Filesystems require a fsck (the
one being required after n mounts) then NFS-Shares won't be mounted.

again! xtrs was not part of the Update but doesn't loop any longer but
boots correcly into the (command-line supplied disk). As xtrs did not
work yesterday but does today and as xtrs was not updated today it must

After installation of xtrs, when it's being started it opens it's Window
and then loops, i.e. it won't boot into the ROM-Image.
