Sorry, Docky is meant to be a window manager. So there is no way we will
disable this. This option might be a bit confusing while using only one
dock. In this case you cant disable it since one dock need to handle
windows.
@Robert: We should consider to grey out this with only one dock present?

@Martin: Yes, this enables the Trash docklet by default if docky is
started the first time. This makes it easier for new users to understand
the purpose of docky better which is to replace the bottom gnome-panel.
